Please join us for a webinar on November 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm where Inclusive Local Economies Program Director Adriana Beemans will provide an overview and answer questions about the Foundation’s Opportunities Fund program and the changes to the 2015/2016 Program Guidelines. These changes include the addition of three strategic focus areas for funding and new application questions. This session will address issues related to:

  • the strategic focus areas of the Opportunities Fund,
  • the required content of your letter of interest and full application,
  • what the Foundation will consider when reviewing letters of interest and the components of successful applications, and
  • the common pitfalls of unsuccessful applications that applicants should try to avoid.

Participation in this webinar is recommended for organizations considering applying to the program; it is not a prerequisite for submitting a letter of interest to the upcoming November 26, 2015 deadline. New applicants to the program will find the webinar particularly helpful, but it might also be useful for people who have applied, either successfully or unsuccessfully, in the past.
