Metcalf’s Environment Program has released its application guidelines for the 2017 Cycle City funding stream.

The goal of Cycle City is to support and strengthen an active constituency and a culture of cycling in Toronto. In 2017, funding will be directed towards public education and community organizing, network building and convening, research and public policy analysis, and other complementary efforts to build on and advance the implementation of recent cycling commitments in the city.

Priority will be given to those applications seeking to connect cycling work with a range of desired outcomes, including a healthier environment, human health and wellness, safe streets, and local economic prosperity.
